CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Flooding caused by Tropical Storm Nicholas forced the closure of several roadways throughout the Corpus Christi area yesterday, KIII reports.
Current closures included Tarlton Street between Churchill Drive and Ayers Street, the I-37 Northbound turnaround at Labonte Park, and all of Zahn Road.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid all but absolutely essential travel, as storm surges can sweep vehicles away.
