Ford strikes Hyundai along W. 8th Street in Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX – A two-vehicle collision occurred in a residential Brownsville neighborhood early last week.

The March 21st crash took place just before 4:30 pm. within the 100 block of West 8th Street near the intersection with West St. Francis Street.

Police say the 31-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2006 Ford made an improper turn and sideswiped a 2017 Hyundai.

No injuries were reported as a direct result of Sunday’s Brownsville car crash. However, the at-fault vehicle sustained significant damage and was towed from the scene.
