Ford struck by Chrysler after running red light in Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Two vehicles collided after one ran through a red light near downtown Brownsville early last week.

The accident took place on April 12th within the 300 block of East 4th Street just outside of the Harry E. McNair Park.

Responding officers believe the driver of a 2019 Ford, a 71-year-old woman, drove through a red light at a nearby intersection and was struck by a 2006 Chrysler carrying three people.

Luckily, no injuries were sustained as a result of last Monday’s Brownsville car accident.
