WESLACO, SC – According to Valley Central, one person was hurt in a gas explosion at El Rinkon Natural y Más Monday morning.
The victim, an unidentified woman, was inside the structure when the explosion occurred. She suffered burns in the incident. Bystanders pulled her out of the building.
It is unclear what caused the explosion.
