GMC sideswipes Audi near downtown Brownsville

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision near downtown Brownsville late last week.

The March 24th crash occurred at about 9:53 a.m. along International Boulevard near the Gateway International Bridge.

Investigators say the 77-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2004 GMC made an unsafe turn at the intersection and collided with a 2015 Audi.

Luckily, the man in the at-fault vehicle and the 61-year-old woman in the Audi were both unhurt.
