Heavy machinery fatally falls on top of worker on I-10

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A piece of heavy machinery fell on top of and killed a worker at a construction site located at 2511 I-10 Tuesday.

According to News 4 San Antonio, the victim was working with the machine on a hill when it fell on top of him around 2 p.m. He was found about 30 minutes later.

First responders removed the man from under the machine and performed life-saving measures on him. They then pronounced him dead at the scene.
