Hit-and-run collision reported near I-410

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio responded to a two-vehicle hit-and-run collision along Old Pearsall Road late Monday morning.

The crash occurred shortly before noon along Old Pearsall Road at the intersection with Old Sky Harbor Drive.

Police say the unknown driver of a gray Ford was inattentive to the roadway when they collided with the rear of a 2018 Ford driven by a 50-year-old woman. The driver responsible left the scene before police arrived to take an official report.

Luckily, the woman was uninjured as a result of the crash.

No further identifying information with regard to the individual responsible has been made available at this time.
