BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department reported a hit-and-run collision along Calle Milpa Verde last Sunday evening.
The accident occurred at about 7:36 p.m. within the 790 block of Calle Milpa Verde at the intersection with Gloria Street.
Police believe the unknown driver of a blue vehicle side-swiped a 2019 Toyota in an attempt to pass on the left. The driver responsible then left the scene of the collision before authorities arrived.
No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash.
