SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to News 4, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on I-410 near Ingram Rd Wednesday morning.
The driver hit the pedestrian around 2:30 a.m. Following the collision, the driver fled the area.
First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene of the accident.
Officials have not identified the victim.
