SAN ANTONIO, TX – A hit-and-run driver collided with a pedestrian at S General McMullen Dr and Weir Ave Friday, according to KSAT.
The driver of a blue sedan struck the victim, an unidentified 44-year-old woman, as she was crossing the street without checking to see if the southbound lanes had a green light at around 2 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene on westbound Weir Ave.
Authorities may charge the driver with failure to top and render aid if they are located.
