SAN ANTONIO, TX – A hit-and-run driver collided with a pedestrian on the 8000 block of Jones Maltsberger Rd near Pinewood Ln Monday, according to KSAT.
A van driver was heading north when he hit a man in his 20s as he was walking outside of a marked crosswalk around 11 p.m. Following the collision, the driver fled the area.
EMS crews transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition. He is now in stable condition.
Authorities will charge the driver with failing to stop and render aid when they are located.
