CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department were called to the scene of a suspected DWI collision last Saturday evening.
The March 6th collision took place within the 900 block of Strom Road near the intersection with Zuza Drive.
Responding officers believe the driver responsible for the crash, a 36-year-old man in a 2012 Honda, had been drinking prior to the incident. He was traveling at a high rate of speed before sideswiping a 2016 Toyota.
No injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash. It is unclear if the man responsible will face any charges at this time.
