Honda T-bones Chevrolet along Mitchell Ave.

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with the Schertz Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash along Mitchell Avenue Tuesday evening.

Police were called to the scene at the intersection of Mitchell Ave. and Randolph Avenue shortly after 8 p.m.

Investigators believe the 66-year-old male driver of a 2012 Honda was inattentive to the roadway when he ran through a stop sign and collided with the rear passenger’s side of a 2016 Chevrolet.

Neither the two occupants in the Honda nor the 20-year-old man in the Chevrolet was injured as a direct result of the crash.
