CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Corpus Police Department have reported at least one injury resulting from a four-car crash along State Highway 358 Monday morning.

The accident occurred along the Highway just east of the Weber Road overpass at about 8:41 a.m.

Police believe the unknown driver of a 2009 Saturn was traveling at a high rate of speed when he made a faulty evasive action and collided with two other vehicles. A fourth vehicle was also involved in the accident.

The 29-year-old female driver of one vehicle involved in the crash, a 2019 Cadillac, was injured as a result of the crash. The extent of her injuries remains unknown at this time.
