MCALLEN, TX – Officers with the McAllen Police Department reported at least one injury resulting from a head-on collision Sunday morning.
The accident occurred within the 800 block of North Bicentennial Boulevard just south of I-2 at about 1:47 a.m.
Police believe the 18-year-old male driver of a 2010 Nissan failed to yield to the right of way of a 2020 Dodge causing the two vehicles to collide head-on.
The man responsible for the collision was reportedly injured as a result of the crash. None of the occupants in the Dodge sustained any serious injuries.
