Injury reported following trucking accident on I69E

BROWNSVILLE, TX – One woman was reportedly injured following a collision involving a semi-truck last Thursday morning.

The Northwest Brownsville car accident occurred just before 10 p.m. along the interstate near the exit to Alton Gloor Boulevard.

Police believe the 57-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2020 Ford was taking medication when she collided with the front passenger’s side of a 2017 Kenworth truck. She also struck the side of a third unspecified vehicle in the process.

The woman responsible for the crash sustained minor injuries as a result.
