MCALLEN, TX – According to KRGV, a man has been arrested after fleeing from police and crashing into DPS cars.
Christopher Lee Garza has been charged with evading arrest, driving while intoxicated, and three counts of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
The suspect rammed three DPS cars with his F-250 pickup truck yesterday. The pursuit ended on the I-69C frontage road in Edinburg.
