Man injured after Honda collides with Ford on Port Ave.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A man sustained injuries as the result of a multi-vehicle collision in Central City Tuesday morning.

The accident was reported shortly after 8:30 a.m. along South Port Avenue near the intersection with Morgan Avenue.

Responding officers believe the 29-year-old female driver of a 2013 Honda failed to yield the right of way to a 1999 Ford at a stop sign and was struck on the front driver’s side.

The man in the at-fault vehicle was unhurt. However, the 36-year-old man in the Ford sustained minor injuries.
