MCALLEN, TX – A man was reportedly injured as the result of a rear-end collision on I-2 last weekend.
The collision took place on May 15th at about 3:30 a.m. near the overpass at South Ware Road.
Responding officers say the 20-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2021 Chevrolet was speeding and under the influence when her vehicle collided with the rear of a 2016 Ford.
The woman responsible for the crash was uninjured. However, the 27-year-old man in the Ford sustained unknown injuries in the crash.
