HARLINGEN, TX – Police are investigating after a 27-year-old man was killed in an ATV accident early yesterday morning, KRGV reports.
According to the Texas Department of Safety, Daniel Escalera, Jr. was riding his ATV near the intersection of McCullough Street and Washmon Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. on April 8, when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled it.
Escalera was pronounced dead at the scene.
DPS are investigating the incident to determine a cause.
