McAllen police respond to single-vehicle crash on La Vista Ave.

MCALLEN, TX – No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle collision near McAllen High School last week.

The incident occurred at about 4:00 p.m. on March 23rd within the 2300 block of La Vista Avenue, near the intersection with North 24th Street.

Officers say the 77-year-old man in the Chevrolet was inattentive to the roadway, which caused him to collide head-on with a fixed object. He did not sustain any injuries as a result.

No other vehicles were involved in Tuesday’s McAllen car accident.
