SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, a car wreck blocked three lanes of traffic at I-10 WB and Medical Dr Monday.

The crash happened around 8:40 a.m. By then, traffic was stop-and-go back to I-410, over a mile south of the crash site.
Authorities have not disclosed additional details.
