Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after being struck by driver on Jacaman Rd

LAREDO, TX – A 24-year-old male motorcyclist was injured after being struck by a car on the 2300 block of Jacaman Rd Sunday, reports LMT Online.

A 24-year-old woman was driving a Mazda CX-5 on the 2300 block of Jacaman Rd when she collided with the unidentified motorcyclist.

Dispatchers sent medical personnel to the crash site around 10 p.m.  They transported the victim, who was unresponsive, to Laredo Medical Center with multiple injuries. He was then airlifted to a hospital in San Antonio.

It is unclear if impairment was a factor in the crash; the toxicology reports for both drivers are pending.
