MCALLEN, TX – Officers with the McAllen Police Department have reported one injury resulting from a motorcycle collision on Dallas Avenue Saturday night.
The collision happened within the 1600 block of Dallas Avenue near the intersection with South 16th Street at about 8:44 p.m.
Investigators say the crash was caused by the 31-year-old female driver of a 2006 Chevrolet collided head-on with a motorcycle after failing to yield the right of way.
The 32-year-old male motorcyclist was injured as a result of the crash. However, the extent of his injuries remains unknown at this time.
