Multi-vehicle collision reported in downtown Ingleside

INGLESIDE, TX – Officers with the Ingleside Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle collision during Monday evening’s rush-hour.

The accident happened just before 5:30 p.m. within the 2500 block of 3rd Street at the intersection with Avenue D.

Police believe the 36-year-old male driver of a 2011 Chevrolet ran through a red light and collided with the front driver’s side of a 2005 Chevrolet.

Neither the driver responsible for the crash nor the 23-year-old woman in the 2005 Chevrolet was injured in Monday’s Ingleside crash.
