Multi-vehicle collision reported on Pecan Blvd.

MCALLEN, TX – Police in McAllen responded to a two-vehicle collision near the South Texas College Pecan Campus Monday morning.

The accident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. when the 56-year-old male driver of a 2014 Chevrolet failed to pay attention to the roadway. Police believe he backed up when it was unsafe to do so and was struck by another 2014 Chevrolet.

No injuries were reported as a direct result of the collision at this time.
