ALTON, TX – Officers with the Alton Police Department reported several serious injuries resulting from a suspected DWI crash Sunday evening.
The accident took place with the 100 block of Glasscock Road near the intersection with East Main Avenue around 7 p.m.
Investigators believe the 29-year-old male driver of a 2005 Chrysler was drunk and under the influence of drugs when he collided with the front driver’s side of a 2015 Chevrolet.
All three occupants in the Chevrolet, ages 37 and 69 were seriously injured as a result of the crash. The man responsible also sustained unknown injuries. Their conditions remain unknown as of Wednesday evening.
