Multi-vehicle hit-and-run collision reported on State Highway 151

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Investigators with the San Antonio Police Department are seeking information that may lead to an identification of the individual responsible for a hit-and-run collision on SH-151 Monday evening.

The accident occurred at about 4:45 p.m. on SH-151 just past the exit to Ingram Road. Police at the scene say the driver of an unknown vehicle changed lanes when it was unsafe to do so and collided with the front passenger side of a 2018 Subaru.

Neither the driver responsible nor the 84-year-old man was reported injured as a direct result of the collision. No further identifying information regarding the individual responsible for the crash has been released as of yet.
