Multi-vehicle hit-and-run crash reported in Southwest Donna

DONNA, TX – Investigators with the Donna Police Department are searching for the individual responsible for a hit-and-run collision involving three vehicles last Tuesday night.

The incident was reported just after 7 p.m. on 8th Street south of the intersection with Silver Avenue.

Police believe the driver of an unknown vehicle failed to notice slowed or stalled traffic in front of them and collided with the rear of a 2007 Hyundai driven by a 19-year-old woman. The force of the impact pushed the Hyundai into a 2011 Chevrolet.

No injuries were reported immediately following the crash.

Officials have not released any identifying information regarding the suspect or their vehicle at this time.
