Multiple Injuries Reported After Chain-Reaction Crash on Kostoryz Rd. in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Two people sustained injuries resulting from a chain-reaction crash involving three vehicles late last month.

The accident occurred on April 26th at about 9 a.m. within the 4900 block of Kostoryz Road, near the intersection with McArdle Road.

Police say the 45-year-old male driver of a 2016 Toyota was speeding when his vehicle collided with the rear of a 2018 Toyota. The force of the initial impact sent the 2018 Toyota into the rear end of a 2004 Chrysler.

Both the drivers in the second and third vehicles sustained unknown injuries in the wreck. The man in the at-fault vehicle and his 9-year-old passenger were unhurt.
