Multiple injuries reported after crash on San Marcelo Blvd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Investigators with the Brownsville Police Department have reported a pair of injuries as the result of a multi-vehicle collision Saturday evening.

The crash occurred at around 6 p.m. at the intersection of West San Marcelo Boulevard and Fresnillo Drive.

Police say the 21-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2018 Chevrolet failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a 2020 GMC driven by a 62-year-old woman.

Both drivers were injured in the collision.
