CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers in Corpus Christi reported two injuries resulting from a collision along the John F. Kennedy Memorial Causeway early Monday morning.
The single-vehicle collision occurred along the Causeway just east of the exit to State Highway Park Road 22 at about 3:17 a.m.
Police say the 44-year-old female driver of a 2010 Honda failed to maintain a single lane and collided with a fixed object along the roadway.
Both the woman behind the wheel and her 24-year-old male passenger were injured as a result of the crash. Details regarding the extent of their injuries remain unknown at this time.
