Multiple injuries reported following South Side collision

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police responded to a collision resulting in two injuries last Monday afternoon.

This Corpus Christi accident occurred at about 12:50 p.m. within the 6200 block of South Staples Street just north of the intersection with Saratoga Boulevard.

Police say the 33-year-old female driver of a 2007 Ford was inattentive to the roadway when she made an unsafe turn and collided with the front driver’s side of a 2013 Volkswagen.

Both the woman responsible for the crash and the 25-year-old man in the Volkswagen were injured as a result of the crash. No information regarding their conditions is mentioned in the report.
