Multiple lanes of Harbor Bridge closed for inspections

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Multiple lanes on the Harbor Bridge are closed today so that the bridge can be inspected for safety, TxDOT Corpus Christi reports.

Routine inspection of Harbor Bridge continues today. This will require closure of bridge’s two outside southbound lanes from 9 am – 4 pm today. All northbound lanes open. The bridge’s two outside lanes will be closed today from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m., with more closures and inspections to come throughout the week. Motorists are advised to use different routes if possible, as delays are likely.
