North side crash causes delays on Loop 1604

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in North San Antonio reported a collision along Loop 1604 late Friday afternoon.

According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident took place at about 3 p.m. within the westbound lanes of the freeway near Lockhill-Selma Road.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, the collision caused traffic to back up in the area for about a half-hour following the incident.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the crash.
