Officers on the scene of motorcycle collision in west San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident in a residential neighborhood west of downtown last Thursday.

The single-motorcycle crash took place at about 6:20 p.m. within the 8000 block of Marbach Road just west of the Loop 410 overpass.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, police say the 49-year-old man on a 2012 Harley Davidson lost control of the bike and collided head-on with an object along the roadway.

No injuries were reported as a result of this San Antonio motorcycle accident.
