SAN ANTONIO, TX – SAPD responded to a hit-and-run collision just north of Loop 1604 early Monday afternoon.
The accident was reported at about 1:40 p.m. along Judson Road just north of the Loop 1604 frontage road.
Investigators believe the driver of an unspecified brown vehicle was inattentive to the roadway when the collided with the rear driver’s side of a 2016 Hyundai.
The driver responsable for the crash left the scene before authorties arrived. The other driver invovled, a 40-year-old woman, was unhurt as a result.
