One injured after driver crashes into pole at Bynum Avenue and King Avenue

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, one person was injured after a car crashed into a pole at the intersection of Bynum Avenue and King Avenue.

The accident took place yesterday at around 10:30 p.m., when the driver of a speeding minivan lost control and hit a utility pole. The driver then fled the crash scene, leaving behind two passengers. One of these passengers sustained minor injuries.

Power was disrupted to several homes in the area of the crash. It is unknown if alcohol played a role in the accident.
