SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man is in critical condition following a car-vs.-pedestrian collision at an intersection in northwest San Antonio last night, FOX 29 reports.
The collision happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday night near Grissom Road and Misty Way. Police say that a man entered the crosswalk against the light and was struck by a passing vehicle. The vehicle’s driver called 911, and emergency responders transported the victim to University Hospital with critical injuries.
The driver is cooperating with police, and is not expected to face charges.
