SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT, a pedestrian has been hospitalized after being struck by a car in a hit-and-run crash on the southwest side Friday night.
The accident took place near the intersection of S Zarzamora Street and SW Military Drive in the light-night hours of September 11. The pedestrian was using a crosswalk to cross the street when a Toyota hit them an failed to stop. Police were able to locate the vehicle and arrested the driver, who is now facing charges for failing to stop and render aid.
The pedestrian was hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
