BROWNSVILLE, TX – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a suspected drunk driver in Brownsville last week.
The accident took place on April 30th at about 5 a.m. within the 1700 block of East Ringgold Street.
Police say the unidentified driver had been drinking prior to hitting the 30-year-old male pedestrian.
The pedestrian suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash. It is unclear what charges will be filed against the driver at this time.
