WESLACO, TX – Two pilots were rushed to local hospitals following a mid-air collision near the Mid Valley Airport Tuesday evening.
According to KRGV, the incident occurred at about 5:54 p.m. when two planes, each carrying one pilot, collided in mid-air over the airport.
Both pilots were rushed to area hospitals following the incident. Officials say they were conscious upon transport, but no other information with regard to their conditions has been released.
