CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police in Corpus Christi responded to a single-vehicle DWI collision near Bill Witt City Park early Sunday morning.
The incident took place shortly before 4:30 a.m. within the 3900 block of Airline Road near Lipes Boulevard.
Police say the driver of a 2018 Nissan, a 35-year-old man, was under the influence of alcohol when he collided with a fixed object in the roadway.
The unidentified man was uninjured in the crash. It is unclear whether he will face any charges at this time.
