SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with the San Antonio Police Department reported a single injury resulting from a hit-and-run collision near I-410 Monday afternoon.
The accident occurred at about 2 p.m. along Lockhill Selma Road when the unidentified driver of a blue Ford ran into the rear of a 2010 Lexus. The driver responsible for the crash immediately fled the scene.
The 59-year-old woman in the Lexus was injured as a result of the crash. However, the extent of her injuries remains unknown at this time.
