BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department responded to a three-vehicle collision last Thursday evening.
The incident was reported along Ruben M Torres Boulevard near the intersection with North Central Avenue around 5:40 p.m.
Police say the northeast Brownsville car accident occurred when the 64-year-old male driver of a 2019 Freightliner made an improper turn into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2003 Dodge Ram.
A third vehicle was also involved in the crash but left the scene before authorities arrived.
No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash.
