SAN ANTONIO, TX – First responders were dispatched to a car wreck at I-35 NB and Alamo St Wednesday, according to TTN San Antonio.

The incident was reported to authorities around 11:50 a.m.

It is unknown whether or not anyone was hurt in the crash.
