Police respond to crash near Vance Jackson

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, officers were dispatched to a wreck on Vance Jackson Rd north of Callaghan Rd Wednesday.

The incident happened around 10:30 a.m.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
