CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers were forced to block traffic at a busy intersection after a vehicle collided with a utility pole early Thursday morning.
According to KIII, the accident took place at about 6:30 a.m. along Weber Road at the intersection with O’Day Parkway.
It is unclear what led up to the crash at this time. However, the driver knocked down several power lines as a result.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the collision. However, this situation is still developing. Drivers have been advised to avoid the area as emergency crews work at the scene into Thursday afternoon.
