Rear-end collision reported in south Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police in Corpus Christi responded to a multi-vehicle rear-end collision on the city’s south side Monday afternoon.

The incident was reported along Spohn Drive South near the intersection with Saratoga Boulevard at about 12:45 p.m.

Police believe the 36-year-old female driver of a 2004 Chevrolet collided with the rear of a 2014 Toyota. Details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash or who may be at fault are not mentioned in the report.

No injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
