PHARR, TX – Officers with the Pharr Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle crash just west of I-2 last Friday evening.
The accident was reported at about 5:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Sugar Road near the intersection with West Polk Avenue.
Police say the 40-year-old male driver of a 2013 Buick was traveling at a high rate of speed and collided with the rear of a 2003 Buick.
Neither the driver responsible for the collision or the 35-year-old man in the 2003 Buick sustained any serious injuries immediately following the crash.
